Francesco Benati
Founder of Obambulo, Francesco leads the charity’s vision, developing its projects and shaping its commitment to reimagining institutional spaces.
Amber Jacobs
Born and raised in Zimbabwe, now drawing on her work at Horden Cherry Lee Architects, Amber contributes technical expertise and design thinking to the charity’s vision.
Tendayi Gombera
Experience in Private Equity at TowerBrook Capital Partners, Tendayi advises on strategic guidance and financial insight.
Lesley Macdonald          
Former Head of Grants at the Robertson Trust, Lesley brings extensive experience in philanthropic strategy, delivery and supports the charity’s fundraising development.
Chenezai Pamela Jenjezwa
As head of Interact and Local Coordination at Girls College Bulawayo, Chenezai helps strengthen local partnerships, youth engagement, and on-the-ground coordination for the charity.
Safeguarding
The charity operates safeguarding procedures appropriate to its activities and locations.
All work involving children and young people is conducted in partnership with local institutions and responsible staff on site.
Safeguarding oversight is maintained through trustee review and local coordination.
Financial Transparency
All funds received are allocated directly to project delivery and associated operational requirements.
Financial administration is overseen by the trustees and conducted in accordance with UK charity governance standards.
Records and reporting are maintained in accordance with Charity Commission requirements.
